I am proud to have been a licensed Realtor in North Scottsdale since 1990. Born and raised in North Dakota, I originally moved to Arizona for college, but quickly developed a love for the climate and ambience Arizona has to offer and it became home ever since.

I began my career in Real Estate in 1989 with Desert Mountain Properties, one of the premiere golf communities in the world. There I worked in the onsite real estate sales center and Product Development Dept., working with the Sales and Design/Construction teams on hundreds of homes over the next 15 years. In 2003, I began representing Buyers and Sellers in fulfilling their Real Estate dreams on a broader scale, both in and outside of Desert Mountain, working with Exclusive Properties of Arizona for the next 10 years and finally moving to Prudential Arizona Properties/Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Arizona Properties in 2013.

My passion for Design and knowledge of the building process has allowed me to help clients create their perfect home from design phase to completion, an expertise that separates me from many of my peers. Whether redesigning or staging a home for sale, remodeling a home after purchase or rehabbing for investors, this knowledge goes hand in hand with real estate at every level of our market. Having insight as to what each home has to offer and its potential to be tailored to a client's needs are key for buying or selling. This passion, along with a great love of working with and meeting people, have been the foundation of my real estate career and have resulted in cherished long term client relationships and referrals of their family and friends. In recent years, my business has been over 90% repeat clients or their referrals and I'm extremely grateful for and proud of that statistic.

I specialize in NE Scottsdale and Carefree/Cave Creek, including the area's premier golf communities, however, I'm experienced in all facets of this diverse market and have helped clients purchase and sell properties all throughout the various areas of the Valley of the Sun. I am consistently a top producing agent and have been recognized as a Top 10 agent in the the Arizona network (out of 1000+ agents) 2019 - 2022. I take great pride in providing the highest level of customer service and am a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
